Our approach

A useful task.
A clear way through.

There’s plenty to read about AI. We’re here to help you find something useful to do with it.

01

Start with the task

Write a clearer brief. Organize your research. Understand a dataset. Every guide begins with an outcome, rather than a list of features.

02

See the whole path

Know what to bring, which tool to open, what to ask, and what to check. Adapt a prompt to your own work.

03

Check the foundations

Every guide includes source links, a review date, and an honest status. AI output still needs your judgment.

What the labels mean

Documented: we’ve written the workflow using the linked external documentation. It has not passed a recorded end-to-end test.

Tested: reserved for a workflow we have actually run and recorded. We will explain the tool, date, inputs, and observed result when that evidence exists.

Illustrative example: shows the shape of a possible result. It is not evidence that a tool produced that output.

Independent, with room for good partners

AI Flow Finder is an independent publication operated by MEYER BELZITI GIANLUCA in Spain for an English-speaking audience. See our legal notice for the operator’s identification and contact details. We use AI to assist with drafting and organization, and review what we publish. Sponsors may support the directory and newsletter; paid placements will be labeled clearly. Sponsorship does not change a guide’s test status.

Help us keep it useful

Features and free-plan limits change. If a step no longer works, tell us what changed. If you have a useful workflow, suggest it for review.
